How can get started?
To get started to order a jewelry animation film, send us a Free Quote request by e-mail together with the 3dm (Rhino) file(s) and provide us with information’s, about the animation studio view, background color, jewelry metal colors, gemstone colors, the preferred film size and file format for the final film output and we will send an offer with price information and the start and completion date of the project within 48 hours.
If our offer is acceptable and we have received the confirmation e-mail, we will send instructions for the service payment steps with PayPal Secure. By the time we have receive the payment, we will send out our confirmation e-mail and begin to process the order.
If we have further questions then we will get in contact with you at short notice and will also inform you, when the project is complete and ready to review.
For the verification process, we will send sample images of the animation studio scenes with detailed specification, in order to request the final quality check and the approval of the project.
Upon final approval, we will re-render the animation with our high-definition animation software and will send the final animation film, in the requested format with email soon after.

2. Reply to our quotation email and let us know, if the offer can be accepted
3. Wait for our instruction email for service payment steps with PayPal Secure
4. Once PayPal has confirmed the payment, we start to process the order
5. We will send an email when the project is complete and ready to review
6. After project is approved, we will send the final results with email
