What is your refund policy?

Once we have created your Jewelry 3D piece , there are no refunds as the design was created just for you and cannot be re-shelved or restocked. Please remember that we let you ‘see’ your jewelry before we have even produced it by using a photorealistic render. Therefore, there should be no surprises and the jewelry piece should match the design approved by you. We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your final piece.
