This Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of cgrings3d.com, operated by CGRINGS3D. By purchasing any digital product from this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of the Products

All products sold on cgrings3d.com are digital goods delivered electronically, including:

  • 3DM files

  • STL files

  • OBJ files

  • 3D models, sketches, designs, and other digital resources

These products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

3. Applicable Legal Framework

Under EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and services, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately, provided that:

  • the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery, and

  • acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

By completing the purchase, the customer accepts these conditions.

4. No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • downloaded or accessed files

  • instantly delivered digital products

  • issues caused by the customer’s software, hardware, or technical limitations

Once the file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned,” and access cannot be revoked.

5. Exceptions – Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

  1. Corrupted file – the product cannot be opened in any compatible software.

  2. Incorrect file – the delivered product does not match the description or preview images.

  3. Delivery failure – the customer did not receive access due to a platform error.

Customers must contact CGRINGS3D within 7 days of purchase and provide evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).

6. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must email: contact@cgrings3d.com

The message must include:

  • full name

  • email used for the purchase

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • technical evidence (if applicable)

CGRINGS3D will review the request within 5–10 business days and communicate the final decision.

7. Limitation of Liability

CGRINGS3D is not responsible for:

  • software/hardware incompatibilities

  • misuse or incorrect handling of digital files

  • modifications made by the customer to the digital products
